can anyone help me about csgo ??

hey guys i reacently bought csgo and i was very happy with it

but by playing the game i was not allowed to join alot of servers i was finding them really hard

and now i can't even find server even when i choose deatmach or arm race he creates a lobby and i play with bots

i download the game first time in the free weekend about 2 months ago and deleted it yesterday and reinstalled it but no solution

can anyone help me please i really wanna play it since i bought it ??

the real problem is either freezing when retrieving game data ot i get into the server and i was supposed to choose a team i keep clicking without entering until i get kicked

Do you use a firewall? If yes, turn it off and try again.
Do you use a router? If yes, connect your PC directly to the modem and try again.

This might happen if you enter an empty server, so until someone else joins, you'll play with bots on official servers.

Go to gametracker, try to find some public servers near you (try italy, spain, greece, etc, you might have better pings there, since you live in tunisia), and try to join them.
