Im not buying another thing from gmg until they fix the playfire thing, spent a fortune in their store and earned some bonus cash I cant spend coz my playfire and gmg accs have different email addresses and nobody from support at either end will help me so fuck em and their cheap shit bonuses.

Yeah, I'm growing more and more aware of the quality of their service...
I registered with the same email and had no problem. I think the Playfire was THOUGHT to use the same email as the GMG and they just gave it the "possibility" to have a different one, but without making sure it would work ok. Sloppy work. And the worst part is exactly what you told us. Bad support which don't give a damn to people's problems. That's bad form.
So I have no intention of giving them my money. I'm only buying from them with my Playfire rewards money. And what is cheaper than at Steam. Just bought my second game there, cheaper than the cheapest price Steam ever had.
