If I see numbers pointing that there may be a problem, yeah I will say so loudly, with this bmi, you can be beyond skinny. yeah, it may be your build type and so on, but on most cases it will be a problematic from this or that. And yeah, if I saw someones iron levels are super low I would suggest being vampire or something stupidly similiar. If you choose not to mention/ask if there is a problem because it is not publicly approved or not nice, than fine, but I choose not to, and I am not afraid to do so.
