4 billion entries, again

What happens with GA's like this, I assume some of the entries are real, but most likely no more then a 1000 orso. Will the GA be cancelled by the mods and those who entered legit refunded? How is this even possible . My only guess is some script kiddie made several billion fame emails and then entered them

Visual bug, if there's 1000 "normal" entries, there's 1 chance over 1000 to win, not 1 over 4 billions.
