Too many good ones to pick from, but Beyond Good and Evil, Deus Ex, RollerCoasterTycoon and Anima: Gate of Memories, are up there.^^

Favorite game on Steam is probably "Ori and the Blind Forest".
For PC pre-Steam its probably The DIG (definitely my favorite adventure game).
For arcades it would be CarnEvil (you fight a giant zombie babie and an evil mutant Santa Clause, it's amazing).
For consoles it's a toss up between Soul Blazer (SNES), Final Fantasy 3 (SNES, aka. FF6), and Final Fantasy VII (PS1). I'm not a fan of the ports to other systems though for the Final Fantasy games, and will probably always prefer the originals.

Mmmmm, I meet the ratio requirement if you are counting Real CV ratio but not if you are counting the base value ratio. I shall leave the decision on if that qualifies up to you.

Some games that I've liked are Steins;Gate , Hand of Fate, and Stardew Valley.

My favourite games are Ratchet & Clank series. Sly Raccoon too :)

Diablo II is a good pick, the game I keep going back to is Civilization III. Personally, I think Rise of Nations is more fun than AOE II. Medieval II Total War is fun too with Mods. Most recently, I had been playing simpler games, puzzles and Hidden Objects, both are genres I enjoy. :)

I think SG lacks of visual novels and games with anime girls. There are always the same type of giveaway: bundle or really nice games but definitely not my type for example Tom Rider.
Stardew valley seems like a sure bet, I would like to see it in a giveaway.
My favorite game is Sid Meyer's Colonization haha a game from 95. I also like Everything it's relaxing and I can spend hours on it. Hum Tropico is really fun. Rakuan has good style, story, and life for the price so I like it too. I have a lot of difficulties to stay in front of a computer playing the same game for hours so they are my exceptions :)

Played Killing Floor 1 a lot and would still play It If they were servers with new guns and cool stuff. Not the crazy supper modded Portal 2 sentry guns and ****.
Also played Sub Rosa Demo a lot when there was people (gotta buy the new versión one day).
I really enjoy "Don't Starve Together" (a game won here). Time flies on that one.

My favorite games would be the Legend of Heroes series & Final Fantasy games

My current favorites I've been coming back to are A Hat in Time, Halo Online and Rocket League, though after 3 years I've gotten pretty jaded with RL, I only play a game every now and then at this point.

Of all time? Probably Banjo Kazooie, Halo 3 and Rocket League :P

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will always have some of my best memories since I've basically learned english talking to my clanmates there when I was just 13/14 years old.. Miss those days :P
Arma 2 / Arma 3 gave me countless hours of fun with Exile and Roleplay servers
Metin 2 .. The golden days of this game are far gone, but great memories were made there since it was the first game I ever played online.
Age of Empires 2 was my first PC game ever. This game got me into gaming (non-HD version obviously xD] - I still have the CD collection..
