Aren't most, if not all bugs fixed with the community patch? Anyway, I've been interested in this game for quite a while now, it seems to have huge amount of depth to it.

Mostly yes but when I played it the stealth was broken (it made you invisible to everyone except cameras). I'm not sure if it's still the case.

Nowadays I still stop a second from time to time to reflect on how amazing this community is.
Talking about amazingness, here's Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. It's pretty ugly and buggy but it still has one of the best atmosphere I have ever seen, don't ask me how :)
