I see a lot of people using number of comments as a measure of "goodness" here on Steamgifts, under the presumption that a "thanks" comment makes up the majority of them; a world where those of us with comments < entries are "assholes". I just don't understand it. It just seems cheap to me. It seems so bland, so easy, that it just doesn't mean anything.
Could anyone weigh in here for me?
