It's a closed alpha key for a shutdown MOBA.
I don't know why anyone would pay or trade for it when. even if it wasn't expired. it'd be unusable. It might also need the user to have the license to the removed game to be able to activate this DLC. You should find it in Steam DB and look at the info there.
Pretty sure it's worthless...

So i got a DLC called Warhammer 40,000: Dark Nexus Arena Closed Alpha Starter Pack
from Alienware arena
The game is cannot be download for a reason not on steam and the site is not avalible
I wonder if this code is worth anything
