Hey guys just a quick question , in order to get the contribution value increased the winner needs to activate the game or mark it as recived? or maybe both?

only mark as received for you to get your cv, though not activating a won gift will sometimes lead to a short suspension.

you can omit the "sometimes". every reported non-activation will lead to a suspension.

I'm not certain but I presume both. If they mark a game as received but don't activate it they can be suspended, I know that.
