Most likely, this key was wasted to add to your library one of those "unknown apps" that some publishers seem to be fond of.
Specifically, there are a few subIDs which, while functionally identical, contain slightly different content:

1111 Mount and Blade, previously sold on the Steam Store (game only);
2915 Mount and Blade Retail, presumably from old boxed copies (game + SteamDB Unknown App 481570);
38001 Mount and Blade, currently sold on the Steam Store (game + SteamDB Unknown App 481380);
42725 Mount and Blade DBLookup (game only).

I only covered packages with just this game, collection/bundles either have no unknown apps, or specific ones tied to those bundles.

This round I got War of the Roses pack, which is a multiplayer game that was shut down in February 2017. Why do these keys even still exist?
