The tax bundles are joke bundles though, the games are always terrible. The last one had two copies of Bad Rats, and almost unlocked a third copy as the last bonus.

Because it sells. As long as people buy it, there's no reason not to make it.

why call it tax year , the tax year (at least in the uk) is April not part way though September

That's why it's "Late + Penalties"
