Giveaway Something that isn't there?

So i bought the Darksiders 2 DLC and most of its there other than this one: Darksiders II - Van Der Schmash Hammer i still want to give it away but i don't know how i would do it with out controversy?

help would be appreciated.

Just include it with one of the other DLCs. There was a way to get multiple copies of it free, and since certain users were using it to boost their CV (I saw someone with about 60 copies), it was removed.
