Cant Batman justuse some kind of EMP and make Ironman useless and get a can opener to punch him in the face? Im saying this while Ironman is my favorite Super Hero. Unless Ironman has some magic EMP inmune suit.

How exactly is Batman going to dislodge the core? I would think Iron Man has has thought of the fact that it might fall and designed something to keep it from happening.

They are essentially the same person, just different universes. Both of them are billionaire playboy (although in Wayne's side it's just a cover) philanthropists. However, Tony doesn't have a thing about killing, whilst Batman does. Batman would try to take him out non-lethally, which would give him the lower hand, as Batman has almost resorted to killing numerous times (and every time he's ended up manic depressed and basically quit being Batman for a period of time).
