Ironman vs Batman

My money is on batman simply because he's one of the most "overwritten" heroes to exist; he's just too perfect for a human. Probably only takes a backseat to captain america, who is just a peaked human with an indestructible tank lid who has managed to be at the front of just about every major arc, even if the fight is on the galactic level.

If you would watch Iron Man 3, his armor falls apart just about a dozen times, and he gets tossed around like a kid the entire time. It's just a guy that can invent stuff, guess what, so can Batman.

I just thought of this. Batman has Morgan Freeman. So all other arguments are invalid.

Batman. Apart from 42, Batman is always the answer.

I can't imagine why they would be fighting in the first place, but I guess my vote would have to go to Batman.

Ironman is much more cooler than Batman. Also in Ironman played Scarlett Johansson, In Batman- didn't : P

Definitely Iron Man. Why? He can:

1. Fly, not only glide falling slowly.
2. Shoot lasers at almost infinite range, not only as strong he can throw a boomerang shaped like a bat.
3. Even if he'll engage on floor, faster or slower Batman's fingers will break on titanium-gold armor.
4. Guided rockets.
5. Jarvis, who will search for Batman's weak spot.
   I dunno if more, but five reasons aren't enough?
   Edit: Iron man can't lose his core. It's in his body for evah, and without cutting body you need a special tool.

He is an actual trained fighter/ninja/detective with many tech savy gadgets. while iron man is a suit (with a smart guy in it)

Batman, he admitted he designed a method to counter to every other Hero/Superhero just in case he ever needs to. So he likely would use a tool similar to the Spy's Sapper to shut down Ironman's suit.

Batman. I love both of them, but Batman is stronger, faster and doesn't rely as much on tech as Stark does therefore it's safe to say, Batman would take a decisive win.
