Sorry to say, I haven't seen it yet. Wasn't able to see it in theaters and when it came out on DVD, the store was sold out of copies within a day. From what I've seen and read, it takes bits and parts from the series, and adapts them to the big screen. As a result, it's not 100% accurate to the order of events in the series, but it still keeps the comedic tone.
I'd actually like to see the full movie at some point. The whole thing seems ridiculous and over the top, in a good way.
