Short story: You need to give away games.

Sacrifice a virgin goat to the moon on the eclipse . number of liters of blood you throw above 3.97 feet of your head is the level you get at first. after that you can kill a rabbit and drink it's blood. more blood u drink higher your level gets.

I level up by eating brains and practicing Voodoo.

Well you walk around and kill monsters or do quests. Really quite tedious but for a limited fee of $5,000 you can jump straight to level 10!
