Windows 8.1 question

Hi i bought new laptop it came with the original windows 8 64bit, now windows is saying to upgrade for free to 8.1, if i make this will there be any gaming difference or problems with games or w/e ?

Yes you will have to verify cache in some Steam games because of some issues you may have....but everything else it's same, 8.1 just adds a new Start button and some new features from what most are useless. But upgrade it, why not.

Some of my games started glitching or not launching after I updated to 8.1, but verifying cache solve all issues, but 8.1 at least looks better, so update it for sure, and you can play games "made for everyone" like Project Spark.

Windows 8.1 is much better than Windows 8, there is no reason to not update. :)
