Support tickets can take up to an entire month to get resolved. Just so you know, the appropriate thing to do in your situation is to mark the giveaway as not received and then move on. Support cannot force people to give you games, so just try to win later.

I have marked it as not received. However, the dlc given was a wrong one, so I just wanted them to make the switch to the correct dlc (batman arkham origins: millennium skins instead of Initiation). The dude did it full well knowing it was the wrong thing, as his previous giveaway for this one was deleted by mods, and he just put it up again under another dlc name as millennium skins isn't accepted as a valid giveaway on this site anymore.
Oh well, I'll wait I suppose. A month is crazy though. They should get more people on it, heh :)

In all honesty, I'm not even sure if this is worthy of a support ticket.
Try contacting the gifter, and if he/she doesn't respond, or can't supply you with the correct DLC, leave it marked as "not received", and move on. There's nothing Support can do to remedy this situation...

I did contact the gifter, and he couldn't supply me with the right dlc. He just said "oh sorry I didn't know" which is wrong (see my other reply in this thread to seized55). Anyway, of course it's worth a support ticket. The wrong thing was received, and all they have to do is either remove the giveaway and refund points, or switch it to the right dlc so I can marked as received (even if I never would have entered for the dlc I got).

Steamgifts is just the "middle man".
They can't change anything (in your case swap one dlc for another).
The most they can do is warn/ban the user.
The most you can do, as it has already been said, is just mark it as "not received".
If the giveaway creator can't/won't give you the correct dlc, there's nothing else to do.

Like seized has already stated, it's not that easy to resolve some of these issues. Some people have waited even longer than 2 weeks (so I've heard). Continue to be patient and I'm sure your answer will eventually arrive. In the meantime, just mark it as not received. Whatever happens or doesn't happen, I doubt you will be getting the DLC you wanted.

Someone (whom you replied to) pretty much called him out on it as fake/incorrect while the GA was running, but that was basically in response to the description:
"Will send you the Humble Bundle link "Batman™: Arkham Origins DLC"." at the top, which was obviously impossible.

No I do not want anyone to buy me a new dlc, nor have I said that. I wasn't aware that HB dlc was the skins. I took it at face value when I entered for the Initiation dlc. It's not a huge problem, I was just wondering why I didn't get a response for a ticket for over 2 weeks.

Is anyone else having problems with their support tickets being ignored?
I won a raffle where the reward was a different dlc than advertised. I made a support ticket with all the information available complete with screenshots and all, but it has been around 2 weeks now, and there has been no replies.
I've even made a new ticket linking to the old one a couple of days ago in case the first one had somehow slipped through the cracks, but no replies were made to that one either.
What's going on?
