This was posted on June 12. They could be guessing based on the previous sale dates, just like everyone else did... IMO so far the most credible rumor is the one coming directly from a developer (12th of July).

The actual text of the article just reads like they're expecting it to already be going on before that day. They don't have any actual info, they're just expecting the traditional dates.
