Problem with groups in STEAM.

I receive everytime a notification from a discussion of a group which I'm no more a member.
What can I do for unsubscribe from that discussion?

Rejoin the group, unsubscribe from the discussion, leave.

I can't. It's one of the giveaways group with invites.

Ask for reinvite to remove subscription. You should be able to unless they're complete jerks.
