DiRT Showdown Giveaway and the future of Grid/Dirt series

Alot of people here picked up the Grid and Dirt 3 mass giveaways before they were pulled from the store.

I see DiRT Showdown now has a mass giveaway on Humble. I already picked it up in the Winter Sale, (and created a giveaway here for it at the time), so that one's no use to me. I've had my eye on Grid Autosport for a while though.

How does the community of SG feel the winds blowing for Grid? Is this DiRT Showdown giveaway a sign that it's about to be pulled? And are we likely to see Grid Autosport being removed in the near future too?

I pondered buying it in the Winter Sale, but damn, that price tag :/

Nah, Dirt 3 removal was totally expected for multiple reasons eg. free giveaway, much better winter sale deal and most importantly since DIRT 3 was at similar age than DIRT 1/2 when they were removed respectively.

Complete Edition wasn't new game, it's just DIRT 3 + DLC, expect Steam DRM. It was only free because they didn't have way to move DLC for Windows Live.

Dirt 3 release date: May 24, 2011
Race Driver: Grid release date: May 30, 2008
Grid Autosport release date: June 24, 2014

My guess is that Grid Autosport won't have any licensing issue just yet. Dirt 3 and GRID were both over 6 years old while Grid Autosport is barely 3 years old.

Autosport got me into the humblebundle business. Love the game, hate that I have no time to play it.
I don't think it'll be pulled from steam any time soon.

In the case that it would be pulled, I would want to get a copy, so hopefully the questions are connected and not so confusing. (A yes it will be pulled = yes I should buy it, or wait for a mass giveaway. Or no it won't be pulled, means I shouldn't buy it yet)

There is no reason to believe it will be removed YET.
But there is no question it will be eventually removed, as it does use real cars.
