Yes, but it must have more than 2 entries.

i asked support this question some time ago and got this answer

"Correct, only those who recieved the link will be able to see your private giveaway. And yes, you will recieve feedback, but only for giveaways with more than one entry."

Every giveaway with more than one entry counts.
