Press "resume all" at the top.
That usually... fixes it for me.

I've gotten that before. I have no idea what causes it. I can only assume bad packages or something.
It went away by itself after a while though, annoying stuff.

It's happened to me. The download is actually done. Just press the II a few times under CoH and it should work.

Go to Steam Support. They probably won't help much though.

Hmmm you do know all you have to is click on Pasued button below the word Supsended that restart that finish the download it a comman problem sometime download.

Huh... I get that a lot and that hit pause/resume thing others mentioned usually worked for me. Other times it didn't, so I just left it there, and it randomly "finished." :/ No idea what triggered the fix. Continue complaining at/waiting for Steam support I suppose. This seems to be occurring an awful lot lately.

Look for help on the relic forums. They'll sort things out. Probably.

Beware of Anti-virus programs! My CS:GO was also unplayable due to an updated file constantly being deleted by NIS.

Probably won't work but try to change your download region and restart steam. That fixes some problems with download.

But have you tried turning it off and then on again?

Do you have enough disk space?

It happened to me once that the download completely got stuck due to a corrupted file. What I had to do is go in the steam/steamapps/common folder, manually delete the folder AND the gcf file(s), and redownload from scratch.

Click your heels three times and say "there's no place like home".

Worked for me and my dog.

Exit and restart steam? Delete all local content for CoH and re-download?

P.S. A couple of days ago, I tried to run CoH and it simply failed to start... I verified game cache and there was about 2.5GB of files missing that had to be re-acquired despite the game running fine when I tried it about 1 maybe 2 weeks earlier - and having not done anything with my steam install or w/e in that time. It may simply be a problem with CoH packages.

have you try clicking on the pause button for the game? it usually works for me when it just stopped.

Hallelujah, after almost 2 weeks. It finally works.
