Which is the best solution?
An easy way to "mark" giveaways by blacklisted users is to install the SteamGifts Blacklist/Whitelist Indicator user script.
It will add a tag to the blacklisted person, so you should see it when browsing giveaways.
It's somewhere on this forum, but I'm too lazy to look for it.

You literally only make private group GA's, then want to cherry pick from the publics?
Thanks for the heads up. Added you to my list so you won't leech anything I make that's public.

lol how's that relevant to this topic? And if by cherry picking you mean not entering GAs brom blacklisted people, well, that's my right. Especially when people create fake giveaways.
Btw, do you know what literally means? The great majority of my GA's are for different groups, yes, but not all of them. If you looked at my list right now, I've set up tons of GA's for a special event on one of my groups (Coupon Dumpster, btw, which has over 12k members and is a public group).
Still, I've donated a lot more games than you did, and won a lot less. But if you wanted to see me cry over you adding me to your blacklist, I'll give it you: "Boo-hoo" [hint: not real crying]

That's exactly the point, nitwit. He exchanges gifts with a small private group back and forth to boost his ratio way up, then mostly only takes public gifts without ever contributing to the public.
Also I don't know why you are blacklisted. It could be from shitposts like this on the forum, just general bumping nearly month old threads, or perhaps your 0.39 ratio. NFC.

I'm still hoping for a two-way blacklist option that includes all communication notifications and discussion threads created by that person. There is drama that can be avoided by this implementation, i.e. people entering your train threads only to find out they're blacklisted. I guess the negative would be that the person can't clear up confusions and negotiate their way off your blacklist, which I see happen successfully every once in a while.

came here to suggest this +1
that blacklist/whitelist indicator script is really useful, but if someone on my blacklist makes a GA with a long duration then I have to stare at it for weeks and remember not to accidentally enter (the indicator script doesn't always work perfectly together with scripts that remove pagination)

I thought they are hidden already. I never seen giveaway were I blacklisted in giveaways list, only seen them by direct links.

You got it wrong. The idea is hiding giveaways from people who are on YOUR blacklist (when they've created fake giveaways in the past, for example).

Oh, now I got it. Sorry for misunderstanding. That's nice idea.
But, on the second thought - it should be optional. I don't mind if people who blacklisted me but not blacklisted by me to enter my giveaways.

Use the white-/blacklist indicator script and just don't enter them. Did it this way and never had a problem with it. :)

I didn't know about the script when I created the thread. Still, I think they should be hidden. Only fair ;)

So this suggestion isn't mean for you but for the people that blacklisted you. I see.

Suppose I think someone's giveaways are all fake and I don't want them showing up for me. I'd have to recheck everytime I see that giveaway.
Two options: hide giveaways from blacklisted users (if they're not allowed to enter your giveaways, it's only fair you're not allowed to enter theirs), or mark it in some way so you don't have to check.
Thoughts?
