DLC sale

Depends on the DLC and the game. Some DLC are serious extensions of the game (remember expansion packs?) I don't turn my nose at any sale.

yep. yesterday's daily deal was a dlc for some f2p flight simulator i can't recall, and now this. i'm guessing tomorrow we'll see mcpixel's trading cards closed set.

Considered getting SFvTekken characters/swap costumes, but still way too expensive to get both. Checked forums for a gauge of their worth, and was reminded that Capcom's still declined to port out GFWL. So even more reason not to buy that DLC -- could be almost entirely useless in some months. :-/ Godddammit publishers, figure your shit out!

Capcom DLC is bad. It's the type of DLC that makes people hate DLC. It's clearly stuff they just slice off the main game just for the sake of having DLC.

All people can do is complain. During every other sale when stuff gets discounted people cry that DLC get little to no discount. Now there is a sale for DLC and people are upset that it's no 90% off on pre-order for an upcoming AAA title (exaggeration of course). Why can't people just appreciate that Steam puts up different sales every day and just shut up when they have no use for the current sale?

I, for one, at least appreciate more people getting into the multiplayer for Resident Evil 6 due to the sale of the DLC.

I have no problem with it. Obviously if you enjoy games you will buy DLC's and it's a good thing they're on sale.
