Question about key from Tremor Games

I got a game from Tremor Games that I'm willing to giveaway. Since this is gonna be my first giveaway and I don't want to do something wrong, does anyone know if I am allowed to giveaway a key from Tremor Games?

make sure there is no region lock on it and its not a banned game (e.g. beta key/DOTA 2), but besides that then there should be no problems

I would guess their Dead Island GOTY is probably region locked.

Not sure why the keys coming from TremorGames would indicate that they aren't region locked. The fact that they are redistributing keys from other places should indicate they have no control over whether they receive region locked keys or not. The best they could do is simply not list them if they turn out to be region locked.

those keys are either from the raptr promo or from a sale. Was there a recent sale of region-restricted keys?

The Dead Island GOTY keys from GMG are region locked as well.

They used to accept keys/gifts from members and if they still do that then it would be pretty impossible to avoid region locked keys.
