So I noticed that Steam Gifts come with different ranks. How do these work? Is there a way to get your rank increased or is it just for the Site Admins and Administration? Just curious :P By ranks I don't mean level, but the ranks mentioned on your profile.
EDIT** Does anyone actually know anyone on steam gifts who's rank is higher then member?
