Should I reroll or wait?

I made a GA and the winner ignores me.

He doesnt answer on Mails and doesnt mark it as received.
I sent it the minute after it closed…

…what can I do now?

Wait a full week. Try using EVERY possible medium of communication. If you reroll, it may already be used.

If he doesn't do anything by the end of a week, contact support with proof that he redeemed it.

show some patieance, so if he doesnt respond in a timely manner (lets say, 25 mins) reroll.

ah thought he didnt respond at all :/ that makes it a bit worse, luckily never had such a thing happen to me, so no idea what should you do next, sorry
