the moment i saw "cheat" i just wanted to say "go back to your google searchs of downloading virus" but my honest answer is giveaway games
yes, that is right! giveaways will level you up and you will get higher chances of winning
edit:. i dont understand, are you trying to raise level on a alt-account?

He means someone entered his level 1 giveaway with a zero contributor level.
I think.

Also, sometimes games go into the bundle list many months after a persons giveaway ends, lowring ther cv.
Example: Silent Hill Homecoming.
Example:
Make a giveaway for game in January that ends in January. Then in May, said game is added to bundle list with a December date, making your giveaway worthless. :(

I wouldn't say many months. Its usually days, unless they changed it?
For example, if you gave away The Witcher 3 today, and it got bundled in 2 months, you'd still get full value I think. They usually make it retroactive for a few days unless I'm completely wrong.
As for Silent Hill, if that's the case, that it even if you gave it away months ago, then I don't know.

Yes, but it depends on what DATE is tied to the game when it is added to the bundle list.
The could say witcher 3 bundle date November 2014, making every giveaway for it this year worthless.
I for one, would NEVER EVER done giveaways for non-bundle games I've acquired (from anywhere) if it was added to the bundle list in a timely and specific manner.
I've had several of my giveaways for 'packs' been added to bundle list only for the sole reason the said games in pack were all in a bundle seperately at one point in time, neglecting the pack subid/id entirely.
(you can own every game in a pack and still NOT own the pack)
edit:^about the above pack comment, the reason I was told those packs were added to bundlelist was because 'people could do giveaways for the pack, and then giveaway the cd-keys one by one for each game in the pack'... WELL THEN, the winner should say NOT recieved, as they technically didn't get the pack :P. <-- well I'm not sure if all packs work like this actually, as some have bonus games/sourcecode/etc. not available for purchase seperately

if they won't add the packs to the bundle list, people might abuse it. they might make a giveaway for a pack, give bundle keys and get full cv.

True it could be a game that was made free recently.

Easy. If a free game just came out before moderators could block it then said user would get points and could enter it but soon the moderators would end up deleting all giveaways made that day with said associated game.

He gave away a game, then his giveaway was deleted. It's what I assume.

That means/would mean removal of a completed (marked as received, and having 5 or more entries) GA. Something what rarely happens to my understanding.
So far I was assuming that new free GA-s are lasting for an hour partially to get completed before support notices, and then they can "survive".

or he DID give away a game (or games) and it was (or they were) deleted.
