The reason why i wanted to become a mod or super mod/admin is because i wanted to help out steam sales and the community for it and try to fix the fake giveaways. That is the reason why i want to become a staff member of steam giveaways.

A lot of people would like to help, but they're chosen. You're never going to be chosen if you ask, and especially if you claim that this isn't your first account on here. If you really want to help, the best you can do is be active on the forums and report the people who break the rules. That's the best you can do.
Also, if you can familiarize yourself with what each category is meant for, you can use this tool to help categorize discussions. Currently, there are 82,363 uncategorized discussions.

Well people generally don't take this stuff lightly. To them, it's just some person asking a stupid question that you should already know. This happens a lot on the forums when people ask questions that are usually simple. Here's a hint for the future: If you have a question, look it up in the discussion search bar by typing in key words and see if there is a thread about it already or not. if there isn't, think to yourself "is this a simple question that mostly anyone will know, or is it a complex question that may need some discussion?" If it is more for a discussion, go ahead and create a discussion topic. If it's a simple question, try adding someone from support and ask them about it. It's the easiest way to avoid people hating on you and getting yourself put on a lot of blacklists.
