What would you even test? Everything is described perfectly fine in the create giveaway section. it would prolly work if nobody got the link though, i cant tell, but why ? :b

if you create a giveaway you have to give the gift stored in your steam inventory to the winner...
what do you want to test? the gifting in steam? xD

Personally I would really want someone to create a Skyrim giveaway with a REALLY OBVIOUS description stating that it's fake just so that we can see who's too blind to see them

Just create private giveaway and don't give link to anybody. Nobody will be able to enter, so you don't need to give it to anybody.
