When was the last time you bought a game for it's Full retail price on Steam?

More often than I should? :P

First and probably only one was CS:CZ :P I also bought some "old" (Tomb Raider (2013) and some others) games for a cheaper than steam retail price.

X-COM Enemy Unknown was my first and only full retail price purchase on Steam.

And I got it on pre-order (something I'm actually against) because of the Civ5 bonus. Those are two great games so I'm not unhappy with having spent 40€
