It seems different pple got different experiences. I had an issue that I mistype my email when buying. Replies came either the same day or after 2 days (weekends excluded). Took a week or so overall to get the refund (I bought another copy of the bundle just in case).

People here said they got their reply within few days, so I expect that they're not as fools as you say. But ye, shit happens, I got replied rudely by Steam support aswell, more than once. I guess everybody has bad days. I'll wait for this to get solved and see what kind of people are they

So today I bought the Monday Bundle at the lower price (1,99$), it was around 1pm GMT i think.
I didn't login into any account to do the purchase, i just used my email, and purchased it with Visa Pre-paid card. It seemed to have worked, I've been re-directed to a page where they said to wait for an email.
The thing is, i didn't get any email, so I thought i could've missed-typed my email. So i sent an email to indiegala support, explaining my issue. After 6 hours, I didn't get any answer, so I went to Indiegala.com and sent another email (now through the website), and after 4 or 5 hours I still don't have any answer.
What do you guys think of this? What should I do?
ps: I'm not really sure if i can post here questions about other website, but this community seems to be the best to ask this type of questions. I'll delete this if it's against the rules
EDIT: Forgot to say i also checked my Spam folder, and nothing there aswell
EDIT2: The IG support already contacted me and moved the bundle to my account. Thanks for the replys to everyone
