Why would I lie, Managed to get lucky at the beginning when it was a free for all, got a few on the bidding then just spent the remaining coins on packs and and picked up a lot of cheep/trash games plus kept getting coins in the packs and shredding the non game cards to buy more packs.
And how does steam give you money did't think you could cash out your balance.

The site is gray market, but I think that this particular event they hosted probably shouldn't be considered a scam. If it was a scam, what exactly did we lose besides a few minutes of our lives everyday to claim "ninja krowns"?
Their support is horrible anyway. I would never buy games from them considering that they made me screenshot my whole desktop showing my entire Steam library and products that I activated. I had to do that just because I received a duplicated/already used key.
They made me take like 4 screenshots for absolutely no reason. I also was forced to include my taskbar and everything on my desktop. No edits allowed. No solutions either because they never even replied back.

ive never had issues on this site. ive bought maybe 30 games on it so far, and only ever had one end up bad, and when i contacted support they fixed it for me instantly..... if you got scammed that is user error. not kinguins fault. you need to know how to only buy from trusted sellers. look for the people with high 100% ratings with over 10,000 ratings. you will always get good keys

Welp, since the fun is over I guess I should post some stats, for reasons.
Games gotten before bids were implemented (first come first served): 5
Games won on auctions: 8
Games won from tombola: 1
Remaining ninja krowns: 975
After spending my remaining njk on ninja packs I got:
Super LOH
ORBITAL
Gold Rush! Classic
Mind Spheres
Guns of Icarus Online
Storm in a Teacup
Everything else that wasn't games I just shreded.

It's in december, people are going to go all in and as you said, crazy bids. I'd rather keep trying my luck with the ninja packs untill I get One Finger Death Punch 2 and then call it quits. After all, I already got some nice games out of this promo like MGS V Phantom Pain and Trackmania Canyon, I'm quite happy with the outcome.
Comment has been collapsed.
I did the same thing with the 1,300 or so coins I had, since by December the 'collectors' will have amassed enough to make winning a game very hard, so why not gamble a bit? :)
Managed to buy almost 20 packs with some lucky coin hits in a few of them, ended up getting OFDP2 within the first few ones, the rest was freebies which I either activated or gave away here if I already owned them:
✅ - new to my library
Gold Rush! Classic
Escape This
Orbital
Super LOH ✅
NeoBoom
All Guns On Deck
Bin Weevils Arty Arcade ✅
SAMOLIOTIK
Invisible Mind
Numba Deluxe
One Finger Death Punch 2 ✅
Psichodelya ✅
Eternal Step ✅
Cubic ✅
Mind Spheres ✅
On average, about 1 in every 4 Ninja Packs didn't have a Steam key in it, not a bad percentage actually

The signs of downfall were pretty clear and widespread but the sudden stop was unexpected. All in all it was fun while it lasted and, all problems aside, it was probably the best promotion with free AAA and even barely released titles that I can think of. Kudos to them for lasting this long.
I foresee the next few and far between sessions will be just shadows of the past ones where they'll just clear their promotional stocks of keys and everyone will most likely go all-in for a chance to get something in return for their NJK hoarding months. For instance, I wouldn't be surprised to see Keebles going for like 4000 NJKs.
Last year it was Indiegala's Golden Flash Giveaway, this year it was Kinguin's Crazy Free Weekends. Let's see what similar promotions we'll have next year.
Comment has been collapsed.
Who knows, maybe by the time the next session after Cyber Monday will take place Keebles might be over 30000. :)

Since its long time till then and then save and save, so yeah sadly can get worser.
Damn, im happy as i got at the Start of that bid, Batman Arkham Asylum for so between 600 and 800 NJKs and Resident Evil 5 Gold too in that range.
Just 2 Games and that was long time ago, since that i save and save and wait. But sometimes i saw interesting Games and still got shocked, how high the Prce was. Couldnt have never entered. :D
Also got shocked how high it was going now for them, dont remember, but over 1500 for sure.

Short version: it's over.
Long version: the weekly auctions and tombolas promotion has concluded and this format will only come back every once in a while for special ocasions (next one in december 2nd). Ninja krowns can still be claimed each day and ninja packs are still a thing (at least for now) with other njk related promos coming soon (by the looks of it mainly discounts for purchases).
If you want to keep collecting krowns and take your chances on the next event you have over a month to pile them up, alternatively you can just spend your remaining njk in ninja packs but you'll only really get bundled stuff if not previously free games, or you can just quit this thing. It's up to you.

I don't know if it has been said here before, but all some of the Steam keys for the game Samoliotik that are in the Ninja Packs seem to be duplicates. So, avoid making giveaways with those keys.
Edit: all -> some
Comment has been collapsed.
How did you know that? Thanks for the Informations, even if i would never buy Ninja Packs, for me usesless stuff.
But even if they are duplicates, then Kinguin should get it out of the Packs, waste NJks for Ninja Packs and then get duplicate Keys, more then just wasted in my Opinion.
Or did Kinguin said it somewhere and said already, they change the Packs?
Comment has been collapsed.
It's not official, this is just my personal experience because I tried to activate 3 keys for this game without success. Maybe there are also some good keys for this game in these packs, but the 3 keys that I got were already used...
Edit: Some games in the Ninja Packs are not that bad. One of the best games is probably One Finger Death Punch 2 - and I managed to get it :) And the packs are cheaper than they look like it because they also contain some Ninjas Krowns.
Comment has been collapsed.
I just got Samoliotik in a Ninja Pack but the key did activate.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yes, now I know that some keys are good. But after a bit of digging into the Steamgifts archive, I also know that some of the GAs made here for this game - with keys from Kinguin - have ended being "Not Received" or waiting for deletion. So, basically, even if there are (maybe mostly?) good keys of Samoliotik, making GA on Steamgifts with those keys is risky.

Wasn´t the cyber monday this monday or am I missing something?

Great! They ended free weekends and now we can only bid at the end of the month? Guess there will be a lot of high bids
Comment has been collapsed.
Yeah my bad thought we were already in November xD. That´s even worse, it´s good to collect coins until then but at the same time the bids will be more competitive and it will cost more coins for a "normal" game

Tried the Ninja Packs (for Science!) and got:
Cubic - redeemed it
SAMOLIOTIK - redeemed it
Bin Weevils Arty Arcade - redeemed it
Arma Tactics - already had it
Spent 1000 njk, got 433 back mostly by shredding starting packs.

anybody has the same problem? it just keep saying "Unable to log in try again in few minutes"
Comment has been collapsed.
Hey there, yeah, have it too sometimes. I always refresh the Site and click again on Log In, till it works. I dont know what the Problem is or if its so against bots. That they have it harder to Log in.^^
Also change the Page, like, go on Crazy Wekend Page or so and then click Log in or so.
Needs sometimes, some time. Also till shows then your NJKs again. Maybe its a bug or its on purpose. I really dont know. ^^

nothing works for me, tried everything, since yesterday cant log anymore :(
Comment has been collapsed.
For me, this problem often happens after going into the settings of my Kinguin account. So I avoid going there now.
To unblock the situation, I close all the tabs of my browser, then I clean all the cookies of my browser (not just those of the Kinguin site). And then I can log in to the site again.... If you are in the same situation, try to do the same.

Oh thats bad. Also tried different Browser, deleted your Cache or so?

After 20 editions of Crazy Free Weekends we’ve decided to conclude our event in its weekly form. Free AAA games will be featured periodically to celebrate special occasions, such as Cyber Monday. Soon we will also introduce discount coupons purchasable with Ninja Krowns.
For 5 months we’ve been enjoying giving you free games, including major hits like The Division 2, The Witcher 3, NieR: Automata, Assassin’s Creed: Origins or Devil May Cry V. Overall, we’ve given away more than 35,000 games! Crazy Free Weekends have been a fun experience, however they haven’t been bringing the right balance to Kinguin’s Ninja World.
Our analysis showed that only 10% of Ninja Krowns users have actually participated in Crazy Free Weekends. We’ve been receiving mixed reactions regarding the mechanics of the event, with a large part of our community feeling discouraged or excluded. These are not the emotions we wish to invoke.
Despite this, your Ninja Krowns will still be useful! Free games will appear to celebrate special occasions, such as the upcoming Cyber Monday. Soon we will also introduce discount codes available to claim with Ninja Krowns. They will let you lower the price of any game or item on Kinguin.net. You can also use your Ninja Krowns to open Ninja Packs, which contain random gaming items.
Thank you for your support, and as always, love the game!

You mean December, 2nd December. ;-) Called Cyber Monday.

Something has changed in the Ninja Packs! Games do not drop as often as in the last week.
I just opened about 6 Ninja Packs, and I did not get a single game; whereas before it was almost always 1 game per pack. But it seems they added a lot of Kinguin wallpapers in replacement (or otherwise I had been very unlucky with my last packs).

Yeah, me too sometimes. Try not the Sign In Button. Click on the Button with Claim your Ninja Crowns, maybe that works better. At least here it worked.
Always if i open the Tab left and click Sign In, says Unable to Log in, tried it over 20 Times with it and ^refreshed the page too, but nothing. And then i clicked, Claim your Ninja Crowns Button and i was Logged in right a way. ;-)
Maybe the Sign In Button is broken or i dont know. ^^

Oh thats bad, i really dont know why some have Problems and what it is. Maybe contact Support, maybe you are banned or so.
Its really confusing sometimes with Kinguin, sometimes its working then not and ah, have no Words for it. Hope will be fixed soon at your side, so can enjoy it again. Good Luck. ;-)

I think not yesterday I spent 4,000 points and I didn't see any games

So they where useless before and now since Games are out more useless. So they should completely remove it, cause for sure the People will not triying it anymore.
So they will also cry there then like with the Weekends that just 10% entering it and in Ninja Packs will be less 10% for sure. :D
And then they bring something New too, like with Cyber Monday then.
Maybe they will put Awesome Games and then now and then they are available and also not much Packs open, so People need to fast grab then.
For sure they would doing something like that and the Price for the Pack goes Up too then.
Comment has been collapsed.
There will be now Cyber Monday, it starts on 2nd December. What exactly it is, we dont know. Just said that normal Crazy Weekend has Ended, cause they cried and said, not many where entering it. How dumb are they? If the People see no Game what is interesting enough or if have them already and so they save the NJKs and wait that finally comes something for them.
So thats not what they wanted and so they stopped it and said, only sometimes, if special Events or something like that and that coming something New, called Cyber Monday thing.
We will see what it is and how it works, how long it is and all. But besides that, since all save their NJKs, then i say Good Night, cause if bidding, they bid 5000 or more, cause they have it and others have less Chances.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yeah, maybe. :D
To be honest, if i would have Money, if i would be rich and no Problems, maybe i would buy few things there.
But sadly i have no Money Tree here, so i need to choose other ways to make me smiling a little bit and make them crying, cause they started it, but its not working what they actually wanted. :D
So they need to live with it, its open for everyone and they take the Chance to get something. Even if its getting harder and harder, sadly.
We will see what the future brings, the best would be that can collect the NJKs and they open the Games in the Shop on some Days, so can buy with NJKs.
But more then just 3 Winners of course. Like in Chrono or so, im New there and dont know how exactly it is working there, but can also collect Coins and if have enough, can buy then with it few Games. ^^

That would drive them into the gambling territory that requires regulation. They did it right from a legal standpoint.
Comment has been collapsed.
Different regions have different regulations. Once you start taking money for entry it becomes a paid lottery, in some parts that is illegal or has extra requirements in order to become legal.
Multiaccounts were 100% the problem though. The forums we're crazy with one guy saying he was farming 50 accounts+.
Comment has been collapsed.
But they are not taking the 5$ for entry to the promotion. You are buying games for 5$ and only those who have done that are eligible to participate in the promotion.
I'm mostly familiar with European law but I'm pretty confident that should be completely legal everywhere.
Comment has been collapsed.
Although I understand your point of view, it was already gambling to begin with, the only thing that protected them from being labeled as such was the free access to the whole event. Once the event requires spending money, in any way, shape, or form, it shifts into the gambling territory and it must be regulated which leads to opening a whole can of worms.
Some get away with it, others not. The line is so thin and can be shifted so easily that it's really not worth crossing it unless you have deep pockets and the results of such an event highly exceed the possible penalties, which is clearly not the case here.
In other words, the event being available to everyone without having to spend money allowed them to operate the event without regulation.
If any of us disagrees, it makes no difference in the end. It is what it is.
Comment has been collapsed.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this was partially or totally the reason for the abrupt end of the event. This would explain the lack of communication because not even themselves could have known in advance. Of course this is pure speculation and nothing more, so take it with a grain of salt.
To answer your question:
Their event clearly revolved around a tombola and an auction with non-refundable entry fees. Everything was fine as long as the participation was free.
Their mistake was introducing getting NJKs when spending money in their shop that can be legally classified as indirectly buying tokens to join the event thus transforming the whole event into gambling. Suffice it to say that non-refundable entry fees tombola and auction dedicated to customers would bring even more troubles since the participation is conditioned by paying to gain access to the event.
Anyway, this is my insight on the subject. I'm not judging them nor trying to persuade anyone. Feel free to believe it or not. ;)
Comment has been collapsed.
Unfortunately, using a fallacy to prove something does not make it true. As I previously stated, some get away with it, others not. Also, the devil is in the details that may or may not allow some level of circumvention while still being at risk if a formal complaint is being made.
All in all, I provided some insight on the subject. Feel free to disregard it if you want. ;)

Curious to see what they'll do this cyber monday (or black friday or whatever [if they actually do something]).
