Not really ö.ö the most time consuming step is probably to chop up the pumpkin and maybe carrots and boil them until you can just mash them, I guess. An alternative might be to just put the pumpkin in the oven until it's soft and you can just scoop the pulp. So in my opinion, it doesn't take more time than any other vegetable stew ^^

Thanks for the train!
I'm not celebrating haha, but I always like mashed potatoes

Pumpkin pie for sure and for this Black Friday I'm going to stab some people in the Walmart electronics section

This seems to be similar to how most people make it;

I think that chopped onions and celery completely ruin it, especially texture-wise, but I've also always been very picky with my food. =P

I was thinking of trying to make swedish meatballs from a recipe online, haven't tried yet though. I'm dreading Friday, but I've gotta go grab some sales for xmas presents, some necessities AND have an appointment that day, oh why did I do that?! Think of the traffic and parking ugh.

Thanks for the train. I'm not much of a cook, so no recipes from me. But I do like pumpkin pie. 🎃

thanksgiving-bump!
No thanksgiving here, no recipe here.
And only bothered with the first Black-Friday/Cyber Monday sale Amazon here actually had, because back then they had only a couple of deals but they were actually super deals.
Nowadays they have 25k "specials" where you really have to look for any really good ones...in all the crap.

I'm not very good at cooking so I don't have recipes, but thank you for the generosity, Sanshine! :)

My favorite recipe for Thanksgiving is the post desert specialty of mine, the Nap. Just requires 1 bed, a few pillows, a blanket, and a significant other (optional). Layer according to your tastes and enjoy.

Heya! I actually don't celebrate Thanksgiving and we don't have those crazy Black Friday scenarios that happen on the other side of the ocean, but I thought it would be nice to make a 'small' train for the occassion. I mean, Black Friday got us Dutchies some nice online deals in the big (online) stores and on Steam so I sure as hell appreciate that!
Train is for all people of level 1 and up and consists of 53 (if I counted correctly) carefully chosen wagons all from previous HB bundles, so spend your points wisely ;)
Enter here.
Train ends 27 Nov 7pm CET also known as Cyber Monday (?)
Instead of a bump, what's your favourite Thanksgiving recipe?
And if you're going to join the chaos called Black Friday, what are you hoping to get?And did you get anything this Black Friday (through Cyber Monday) ?
Also, Black Friday in the UK seems tense:
