What I hope to get on Black Friday? Well, i definitely won't be part of the mayhem, so maybe just some steam sales here and there.
And about my thanksgiving recipe, since I just got wed yesterday, i'll just say that in both cases (marriage, thanksgiving), to be surrounded by the people you love is probably the most important ingredient no matter what, sorry not sorry for being cheesy !
Anyway, thank you for this, have a bump and a great day !

Not a recipe, but I like making mashed potatoes. the kind that you can easily stir a whip in. Not joining the Black Friday chaos because I don't see anything worth getting.

Eggnog ----
2 or 3 Raw Eggs
About 2 cups of cold Milk
About 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
About 3 to 5 Teaspoons of Granulated Sugar
Put eggs in blender. Blend until (relatively) uniform. Add milk slowly while blending until the mixture is well blended, then add Vanilla. At this point, you should have a tan-colored drink which needs sweetener. Sweeten to taste with the Sugar, although alternative sweeteners may be used.
NOTE: This drink is made with raw eggs, so do not let it sit for more than a minute or two before drinking. You do not want Salmonella poisoning from spoiled eggs!

It tastes like the Eggnog you buy in the store, but it's not thickened with all that extra garbage they add. It's sweet and very filling/rich. You don't want to be drinking it in large amounts as it is basically a meal. (I suppose the same is true of fruit juice, but juice is less substantial.) A small glass of it is usually enough for most people, although I can finish off a batch in one go if I use two eggs.
I usually only make this stuff when I want to "drink my breakfast."

If you've ever drank a vanilla milkshake after it's no longer frozen, it's like that. (A real milkshake, not that McDonald's goo.)

It's not about the food, it's about spending quality time with toxic relatives. I observe Buy Nothing Day.

Heya! I actually don't celebrate Thanksgiving and we don't have those crazy Black Friday scenarios that happen on the other side of the ocean, but I thought it would be nice to make a 'small' train for the occassion. I mean, Black Friday got us Dutchies some nice online deals in the big (online) stores and on Steam so I sure as hell appreciate that!
Train is for all people of level 1 and up and consists of 53 (if I counted correctly) carefully chosen wagons all from previous HB bundles, so spend your points wisely ;)
Enter here.
Train ends 27 Nov 7pm CET also known as Cyber Monday (?)
Instead of a bump, what's your favourite Thanksgiving recipe?
And if you're going to join the chaos called Black Friday, what are you hoping to get?And did you get anything this Black Friday (through Cyber Monday) ?
Also, Black Friday in the UK seems tense:
