A random scammer

There is this random dude here who starts adding people and sends this so be careful.

EDIT: For those who gets the 403 error (don't know why) here is what the message says:

''Admin: Hello you are welcomed by administration steam. You immediately should inspect the account online-anticheats http://storensteampowered.com/esl-anticheats. If you do not execute it, the account will be disconnected in a current of 5 hours. For disconnected and ban accounts steam responsibility does not bear!''
