Cyberpunk 2077 delayed to September 17, 2020

While I didn't pre-order this game, I am not bothered with a delay. I'd rather the game be released in as best shape as possible, and if that means I can't get the game until a later date, I am fine with that.

In what world was this game not getting delayed?

How will this effect all those who have made pre-order giveaways for this game?

Sounds like they want to launch it next to the new consoles.
Kind of glad since I'm planning on upgrading to the Geforce 3000 series card once they're out, and this delay means the cards will now come out before the game.

On a more serious note: I rarely play games soon after release anyway, so all good.

So much for extra time giving devs the cushion they need to not crunch - Its still happening.

They'll eventually push back the release of Cyberpunk 2077 to match the release of Tesla Cybertruck :).

I like the delay. Gives you chance to digest more of the content that's coming in April including RESIDENT EVIL 3.
