What to do when you send a game to someone and they don't mark it as received?

So, I made this giveaway 4 days ago and after it ended I imediately sent the game to the winner, but he didn't mark it as received, so I went to his Steam profile and added he as a friend, he didn't accept me though, also he didn't activated.
What should I do if he doesn't do anything until the giveaway completes 1 week?
