Paypal still hasnt tranfered money from my bankaccount after purchasing something via Paypal.

This can take to few days.
Check in blocked transactions.

I have had instant transfer take anywhere from 1-5 days. If it was an e-check it can take up to a week.

I don't know how your bank handles it but my bank puts them ~3 days hold. There was a segment in my online account to see it. I think this might be it.

Did you possibly use the Pay after Delivery option? it defers the withdrawal from the bank for 14 days so you can get the item and make sure you don't want to return/refund it.

Normally it would take me a couple of days, but I've had one time where it took it a week (from Wednesday until Friday next week), not sure why it was that slow, but I think it could have been from the bank since I had some other transfers during the same week but all of them happened on the same day.

Noob question, if i want to transfer money from paypal to my bankaccount they will charge me?

the longest waiting time for me was like 7-8 days with paypal but there were times when they took in the money from my bank account 2 days later. Just wait a little longer and make sure you have enough money on your bank account to cover the transaction otherwise it can get ugly

some times you might get stuck with the pay later button turned on when you paid - that way paypal pays the monies until you receive the goods and then transfers the funds from you much later - it is very annoying and I had to turn it off in paypal when I accidentially used it to pay for a bundle a while ago !!! so it might be this was done in your case as well - unless you look closely you wouldn't notice it !
