Thoughts on Saints Row 4?

As long as i can hit pedestrians with a huge dildo then its fun

It looks more like an expansion for SR3 than an actual full game. Same graphics, Same city, etc

It looks like a glorified expansion pack from what I've seen. Let's hope I'm wrong.

It's the same basic game only with a different story line and added a bunch of weapons/gear/etc.

Basically... Saints Row 3, Part II

Which IMO is great. I loved SR3 so this should be just as good since it's pretty much more of the same, with the crazy turned up a couple notches.

I think that even though the story line looks ridiculous and that it's way different then saints row 2 and 1 it looks pretty fun :)
Deja vu Saints Row 3

I will definitely be getting it. I have actually enjoyed Saints Row since the first one and hope that trend continues. It seems to be a decent fun game that you don't have to take too seriously, which is a good change of pace for a lot of games/gamers.

My thoughts

I am hesitant and will not buy it on release, looks like a cash grab plus 40 DLC packs and I would not be surprised if they did the on disc DLC again(You know when the pirates have more content then the actual people who purchased SR3)

I will wait until reviews are out and then make my decision or i might even just wait until it is on sale. The first Saints Row game I played was the third one and absolutely loved all the refrences and complete hilarity of the whole thing. If Saints row 4 is anything like 3 then I will be very much interested.

DLC for DLC. No thanks SR3 was awesome, and I even ignored the endless DLC. But try and sell me DLC for SR3 for a a full price game WITH MORE DLC, fuck you.
