Steam redeemable games are fine. I asked my store manager at work about it and said no one really cares who the game is given to as long as it isn't attempted to be redeemed in certain countries that have the game banned.
I'm pretty sure the game isn't banned anywhere but I didn't bother to look it up.

Hello! I have a question and hopefully someone could answer it. The recently won Darksiders from the Game Informer giveaway and I gifted it here on SteamGifts. A person won the game and he did activate it on his account because it is shown to be on his game list. However, I still have the Darksiders on my GameStop App and it says that I can still install it. I don't want to install it right now because I don't have the space. Is this a glitch or real? Like do I still get to play Darksiders even if I gifted the code away? Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks!
