There was this anime I watched earlier this year, but have forgotten it's name.
What I can remember from it is:
A guy goes to school, but was forced to move out of the schools dorms, because they do not allow animals.
The main guy kept on finding more lost cats, and so he moves into a building that has a teacher, and other students.
A girl moves in, and shes so dumb, the main guy has to do everything for her, like helping her get changed.
The students in this place, learnt that the building will be torn down, and so they fight back against whoever.
