Likely has to do with the first episode being free on Steam and all other episodes being DLC for that one.

I don't get how Humble would have anything to say as to how Paypal limits you on where the funds come from.. Paypal sends funds to Humble whatever the source and you just need to change your Paypal options. Never heard of anything like what you're saying.

Just make a giveaway for it. Less likely to have someone take it and retrade/sell it that way.

its almost a guaranteee it will,at least at all the bundles i chipped in and had bonuses coming (so mostly games bundles) got all their bonus games unlocked from what i can remember. Not sure i could tell the same to music only groupees bundle though..
and beside this offer and the premise of this game (which is a colletors edition after all) should be raise the hype enough to get people to buy it
