We have a bug in the key redeeming (my fault), so some additional keys don't show in your inventory. I'll fix it, but this will take some time.

I redeemed 2 keys, yet only see 1. I tried the key again because I thought it was an error and it gave me a message that the key was no longer useable, will I get that key back after your fix?

This key will appear in your inventory after I fix it. It now just confirms it and doesn't mark it as a gift as it should, sorry for confusion :)

I missed out on keys being out of town for that period. Got home and was like 3 hours late :s

Though, honestly, the initial posts said you guys were going to send them out to everyone individually so I'd never worried about it. C'est la vis.

We gave an IB key to everyone who ever purchased anything from us before the IB event began... not saying we will do that again, but people who do get FS2 before it changes over will get more than they are expecting - if you like FS then it's a good deal.

We posted reminders from May 2ND to May 7TH. In the original announcement, I said: "to reward your loyalty, we are giving each one of you a single Infinity Bundle key!" I do not remember saying we would contact people individually to give them a free key... but if I did say that find it. :P

Also, I do recall mentioning being out of town. It's not so much the key as the principle of the behavior. Disappointment in missing something expressed, followed by what I perceived as a kind of offhanded dismissal and an advertisement.

I know I'm not the only person who missed out, there were several comments regarding the end of the giveaway at the time.

Yea, that was handled kinda poorly. I was in the group too, and totally missed it when it was changed from "we will contact you and give you a key" to "we put up a website for 3 days that you have to visit to get your key". I bought a key previously and was just going to give the extra one from the group to a friend, so I wasn't super upset that i missed it, but if you didn't buy it because you expected you were going to have a key anyway... yea I can see that being pretty annoying.

Pretty much that, I'm not all that bothered by missing out, more the conduct. I'd've been perfectly fine with my comment being ignored or a "well that sucks", but not a link telling me to go buy something.

Maybe I'm just in a crotchety mood today. I don't normally care to even respond to any threads, a lurker. Though, I'm on a bunch of fun painkillers for a spinal issue, so that's making me all chatty!

It's a place to download (and later play in your browser) games by Subsoap. Now used for redeeming Infinity Bundle keys and our games if you purchase a game from our website.
