About giveaway i need help

I won takedown red sabre a year ago but i didnt activate on my account, and i cant won giveaway anymore. if i activate that game to my steam account will i be eligible to won a giveaway again?

Also, this was a year ago. I don't think he needs a ban or suspension at this point. Although I do think he needs pointed in the direction of the FAQ and Rules.

yes... my friend asked me and i gifted it to them :D i'm not reading anything about the rules when i won that since i dont feel like reading rules when im new to this site a year ago :D i cant won any giveaway and i read the rules and found out what i did wrong :D lol

im in past,present and future :D i won a game and didnt activated i gift my friend and i cant won any giveaway anymore and if i activated the game again will i be able to won giveaway again :D

As much as i would like it to be poetic justice, it's just probability and i guess you just lucked out
That doesnt mean there isn't a repercussion for not following the rules, a small suspension and many blacklists should be in order
And yes activating the game is a start

If you had to be punished for your behaviour (non-activating, double-winning and regifting), they would have banned you for some time and you wouldn't have been allowed to use the site in the meanwhile. I guess you're just unlucky :)
