For people that don't know.
Before, Pre-ordering Bioshock Infinite in amazon gives you 15$? coupon for 2k games immediately, then you can get games in february for free because some are on sale. People abused it by cancelling pre-order then pre-ordering it again, getting a new coupon.
I don't think its should be in the exploit list because it was patched fast.
IIRC Amazon doesn't have the power to tell steam to deactivate keys. But what they did is they banned those amazon accounts that exploited it (as well as CC ban, but we are not sure).
btw FYI, I asked GMG, they have the power to deactivate steam keys, I don't know why amazon can't do it

Amazon will not remove keys
The games that were exploited the most were Max Payne 3 and NBA 2k13. I would not worry about Bioshock at all - they aren't in high demand anyways due to having been free for a day in January on Amazon.
