I can't think of any else so far. Ravaged and Guns of Icarus Online will apparently turn to a full game later, if you want to count that.

I would never buy a game blindly. Even Skyrim I didn't bought at Release and it was a great decision, because I got the Reail for 27€ at the Amazon Cyber Monday at ~End November 2011.
