Why am I not counted as a contributor yet?

My giveaway value or whatever is $19.99 yet I still can't enter giveaways yet that require a contribution of however much money even though it's below $19.99

The Ship - Complete Pack is a game that's regularly on sale very cheap and as such you won't get any contributor value for it unless you contribute some games that aren't bundle/often on sale etc.

You get full value for the first 25$ and partial for the next. He has received his 19.99 for the giveaway.

The only way you'd get 0 value for it is if you've already maxed out on bundle contributions.

He doesn't, he probably won a 2pack and gave away the other one. If you redeem it you'll get another tradeable copy in your inventory. I did that as well!
