Don't worry, you can just go to the page that has the private Steam links for the games you already purchased and click on the "Click here to increase your order amount" link to increase your payment so that you BTA. Then you will get all the BTA games including the new bonus games (which includes F.E.A.R.).

Your first long statement... you should direct that at yourself. Have you not seen how many people are getting scammed for bundles now. Also if you redeemed the games straight away, then you would have the games, just not the humble page.

You no longer get the bonus games if you get a non-BTA bundle before the bonus games are added. In order to get the bonus games, you must BTA.

If you BTA, you get the bonus games, no matter if you did it before the bonus games were added, or if you do it now (after the bonuses were added). You can even increase the amount you payed for a non-BTA bundle in order to BTA (so no need to buy another bundle to get the bonus games) in order to get the BTA and bonus games.
